To preserve server integrity and audio accessibility for all listeners, you agree not to:
- Automated Scraping & Reselling: Scrape, bulk-download, or ingest audio files into commercial AI training datasets, music subscription services, or torrent archives without written consent.
- Service Disruption: Conduct denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, flood API streaming endpoints, or tamper with edge worker routing.
- Trademark Impersonation: Re-package the application or sound recordings to falsely imply endorsement or sponsorship by BLANK or BLANK MUSIC.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All sound recordings, musical compositions, cover artworks, and brand marks available on BLANK MUSIC are the proprietary intellectual property of BLANK and its licensors.

4. "As Is" Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and low-latency global delivery via Cloudflare, we do not warrant that streaming will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete legacy browser configurations.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BLANK, its contributors, or hosting partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the service.
